Your assignment for this week is to develop a personal leadership statement. Your statement should be no more than three pages in length, not including the title and reference pages. This assignment should incorporate and reference the assigned reading.

Your statement should address the following areas: What key experiences have informed your leadership? What leadership theory do you espouse and how do you demonstrate it? What feedback have you received regarding your leadership style? What behaviors have you changed to become a more effective leader? Is your leadership style effective when leading in a global or diverse environment? How have you improved the organizational and team culture?
