Analyze the main sections of a balance sheet in not-for-profit institutions and for-profit () institutions. Include horizontal, vertical, & ratio analysis of a chosen item in each balance sheet in your overall analysis & describe why you chose each item to analyze.

Analyze how the differences between balance sheets of not-for-profit and for-profit () institutions impact ethical considerations in controlling health care costs.

Analyze specific deferred revenue and restrictions on assets and how they impact ethical considerations in controlling health care costs.

Please use the balance sheet for Finkler Nursing Home as the for-profit institution & Kovner Ambulatory Clinic for the not-for-profit institution.  These can be found in the Jones et al. (2018) textbook in Chapter 7 Appendices.  In addition to the course text, cite two additional scholarly sources from the university library to support your information.
