DQ1 You are the district manager for a busy chain of primary care practices. One clinic has been losing money for the past 6 months and you have called a meeting with the providers, office manager, and nurse manager to explore solutions to increase revenue. Some of the suggestions are to decrease the number of Medicare patients, stop accepting new Medicaid patients, provide bonuses to providers based on performance or decrease the length of the office visit to 15 minutes.
