Arletta is a 60-year-old WF evaluated 2 days ago in an urgent care center for new onset OS conjunctival redness, no discharge, clear tearing, sl pain with EOM. She was given patanol 0.1% gtts to use. Arletta now c/o sl itchy, tender, L facial papulovesicular lesions extending into the scalp, > HA and generally not feeling well.
