Application For Rematriculation

Here is the steps and there is uploaded file if you need information from it.  

Type a two-page personal essay which discusses:

· Reasons for wanting to continue your education and earn a collage degree.

· Field of study you have chosen and how this field relates to your career interests. 

· Reasons for earning low grades during your prior attendance at CMU. ( the reason is having on going dentist appointments conflict with the time of the class)

· Specific steps you will take to improve your academic performance if rematriculated at CMU.
