Leadership strategies associated with effective project management. Certainly, these leadership strategies are essential to the high performance of any organization. Put another way, in order for everyone to demonstrate good project management skills, leaders are going to have to indeed behave in a way that allows for that better project management to emerge. Describe the steps the authors recommended for helping to make sure that the leaders in this case truly did behave in a way that would support the emergence of quality outputs in relationship to project management.
