1. The Rough draft of the term paper should be approximately 4 pages (Double spaced) with at least 2 scholarly references in addition to the e-text for a minimum of 3 sources.

2. This research should incorporate a wide array of data sources to cover all different aspects of managing American Express in detail and suggest meaningful recommendation to the company.
