DQ1 In this discussion, please do the following:

Select 3 principles of Total Quality Management (TQM) and discuss the importance of each. How would you ensure these principles are integrated?

To measure outcomes, tools are used in an effort to provide data, so that leaders can evaluate and make decisions regarding quality.  Using the information gathered from the textbook and AHRQ website; create and post an audit tool that could be used for your change project.

Support your discussion and opinions with facts, relevant examples from personal nursing practice, and at least two citations from the reading or peer-reviewed professional nursing literature. Remember to use APA 6th edition formatting for all discussion posts and reference citations.

DQ2 Review the Final Project details in Module 7. Then, post a PowerPoint presentation of your final project by mid-week and include a summary of the project and the benefits, if implemented.  Your PowerPoint will include a title slide, introduction, a minimum of one slide for each of the 9 sections of the final project and a reference slide.  The presentation should be 12-15 slides in length.

Then, review at least two of your peers' presentations and provide general comments and suggestions for improvements.
