From your reading for this week, consider the process of change.  Since nurses often play a key role in recognizing the need for change in the workplace, identify and describe briefly the roles and responsibility of the change agent.  Discuss the differences between planned change and change by drift.  In your opinion, what skills and abilities are needed to be an effective change agent?  Give an example of how you have functioned as a change agent within your workplace and discuss the outcome.
