Use the website I reviewed with the class (link is above) and do a power point presentation on the 11 parts (one slide for each part) to the Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX). Please use the notes section at the bottom of the Power points to make certain points as you would discuss them to a class. I recommend you read the whole 66 page act and all the sections in listed in the table of contents on the website. There are several sections that many people focus on, but as accounting majors, you should be familiar with the whole SOX.

Later on in the course, when we review accounting scandals like Enron, WorldCom and Tyco, just to name a few, you will see why SOX was implemented.
