Think about a project with which you have been involved. This does not have to be a work project. It could be a personal project (i.e. home renovation) or a civic project (i.e. church or other type of group project) or even a school project. Share an example of when you were a part of a project team and how the goal affected the project. If there was not a clear goal, what was the outcome? Did scope creep or gold plating occur in this project? If so, how did it affect the project? If not, what steps were taken to avoid it?
