50g of aluminum is placed in an oven. The hot aluminum is added to 200g of water. The starting temperature of the water was 2oC. After adding the aluminum, the final temperature was 55oC. Assuming that the heat lost by the metal = heat gained by the water, what was the temperature of the oven? The specific heat of aluminum is 0.9 J/g/oC, and the specific heat of water is 4.18 J/g/oC.
