BtsCI is a restriction enzyme that recognizes and cuts at the following site CCATCCCˇATGG Would this digest produce a blunt or sticky end? The cleavage site is between the C and ATGG as shown about with an insert symbol indicating where it will cleave. I understand that it will cleave asymetrically and therefore produce sticky ends. I want to know if this is the correct way to answer the question or is there something else i'm missing?
