Presume that you have been appointed recently in Solicitor’s and Barrister’s Law Group (SAB Law Group) a multilingual, multinational Law Firm, having a branch in Oman as their trainee consultant. your Legal Manager, Mr. Mohammed has asked you to prepare a “Law Handbook” which will enable the new start-up companies to refer on the legal system and this will help to understand the key legislations that are required to know for effectively running the business.
