Presume that you have been appointed recently in Solicitor’s and Barrister’s Law Group (SAB Law Group) a multilingual, multinational Law Firm, having a branch in Oman as their trainee consultant. your Legal Manager, Mr. Mohammed has asked you to prepare a “Law Handbook” which will enable the new start-up companies to refer on the legal system and this will help to understand the key legislations that are required to know for effectively running the business. The Law handbook must include the following areas of legal systems.
