Choose a disease or health condition on which you will base your final (proposal). Review the final assignment. This will help with your decision. Determine a local jurisdiction on which you would like to concentrate (city, township, county, or state). Examine the epidemiology of the chosen disease, reviewing its history and trend, comparing the national trend to the chosen local jurisdiction. Describe the local jurisdiction (population and demographics). This will be the introduction to your final assignment.
