This assignment asks you to write a 1-page (double-spaced) complaint letter to a company about a product or service that you are dissatisfied about. After selecting the company, find their contact information and write a letter that expresses your disapproval or criticism using the skills for argumentation and rhetoric that you have been learning in this class. You should write this letter as if you planned to send it.

Bear in mind that you will have to consider acceptable forms of evidence when crafting this letter, which will most likely include proof of purchase of the product or of your visit (perhaps an order number or receipt number and date of visit). You will be evaluated based on the quality of your argument, use of evidence and reasoning, adherence to the letter genre, and writing style. Keep in mind this is a professional letter, so you should use professional language and grammar.
