Business Law question

The 21st Century U.S. Workforce is changing. Once of the major changes is that for the first time in history there are four (4) generations working side-by-side. The four (4) generations are:

• The Traditionist/Mature/Veterans (born before 1946)
• The Baby Boomers (born between 1946 through 1964 +/-)
• Generation X (born 1964 through 1979 +/-) and
• Generation Y/Millennium (born 1980 to 2000 +/-)

Please provide some background on this change and how it has affected you or someone you know in the workplace.
