BIO 311 - What is the process of chylomicrons turning

What is the process of chylomicrons turning into HDL, LDL, and VLDL. I think that HDL has a particularly different mechanism of synthesis but am confused as to what the steps are.

I understand that fats are absorbed by the small intestine, in the jejunum

and then Chylomicrons are formed in the cells of the intestine, but am confused as to what happens next and how different lipoprotiens enter the bloodstream
