The purpose of the Organizational Strategies paper and concept map is to understand an organization’s mission, vision, values, and infrastructure and nursing leadership roles and responsibilities on the strategic planning and implementation process. Summarize the key themes identified from the concept map.

Discuss how the healthcare organization’s strategic plan was developed based on the company’s mission, vision, and values and current trends.

Discuss nursing leadership roles and responsibilities on the strategic planning and implementation process.
