There are several benefits of doing yoga everyday and attain a stable mental state. Especially for the students, they must practice doing Yoga to help their mind and body relax. This international yoga day, let&#8217;s understand the value of mental health awareness and follow the holistic development of the body.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Importance of Mental and Physical Health<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poor physical health can lead to an increased risk of developing mental health problems.
