As we know, the earth’s 71% area is covered with water geographically, and it is divided into regions. The boundaries of the regions are covered with a variety of cultural, geographical, scientific, and historical reasons, which shows the variation of earth.<\/span><\/p>\n

The five oceans of the world are part of that variation. The ocean is responsible for the existence of life on earth. In addition, the oceans control the earth’s climate and temperature and are also responsible for the occurrence of rainfall.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The most commonly known oceans in the world are the Pacific ocean, Atlantic ocean, Indian ocean. The Antarctic ocean (Southern) is the newest named ocean that was introduced later by the U.S. Board Geographic Names.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Pacific Ocean<\/b><\/h3>\n

It is one of the largest and deepest oceans in the world. It is located north to the Southern Ocean, east of America and Asia, and Australia in the west. Its area is larger than the other land. Its depth is the deepest point in the world, 10,928 meters (35,853 feet).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In the western pacific ocean, there are many crucial marginal seas, including the sea of Japan, the east china sea, the South China Sea, the Tasman Sea, the Okhotsk Sea, the coral sea, and the philippine sea.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Atlantic Ocean<\/b><\/h3>\n

It is the second-largest ocean in the world. This ocean covers an area of about 85,133,000 square kilometers, and in the Puerto Rico Trench at 8,648 meters, its deepest point is located.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It covers the area longitudinally between Europe and And Africa to the east and America to the west. It is also interconnected with the world’s other oceans: the Indian Ocean in the southeast, the arctic ocean in the north, the Antarctic ocean in the south, and the pacific ocean in the southwest.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Indian Ocean<\/b><\/h3>\n

Indian ocean covers 20% of the global sea area, and its size is almost similar to the Atlantic. The peak waves are observed during July and August. It is the third-largest ocean in the world that covers an area of 70,560,000km.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Its boundary covers the area of Africa to the west, Australia to the east, and Asia to the north. In 1953 the borders of the Indian ocean were outlined by the International Hydrographic Organization.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Antarctic Ocean<\/b><\/h3>\n

It is also known as the Southern ocean and one of the smallest oceans but larger than the Arctic ocean. It lies at 60 degrees south, encircling Antarctica. However, it is the main reason for changing the climate, which also keeps changing the marine ecosystem.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
